Happy Birthday Kade!

Happy 17th Birthday Kade! I just can't stand it. I hate that these darn kids, keep getting older. Kade had a busy birthday. He had to wake up early and head to Connell to take the ACT test. This is probably the last time he will take it, so he is hoping for a great score that will get him into BYU. He came home from his test and had about 15 minutes to eat lunch then we headed to Mabton for the 2nd day of a basketball tournament. He didn't have time to open gifts until 10 p.m. that night, which I think is a first. My kids ALWAYS open their gifts before most humans are are even awake. He got new football and basketball gear and a "super cute" outfit his mommy picked out from Buckle. ha Kade is a great kid. He is busy right now lifeguarding at the Connell pool, playing in basketball tournaments, football camp next week then off to Provo for the BYU basketball camp. Karigan made Kade's birthday cake this year! :)

Here is Kade on his 3rd birthday with Kraymer and his cousins, Alison, Nate, and SaraH. As you can tell from the mischeivous/naughty look on his face, he hasn't changed over the last 14 years. Sorry to parents who think that their kids will grow out of that phase. ha. Here's to living proof that it doesn't.

Just had to throw this picture in. Kraymer holding White Fang and Kade holding Tommy Girl. Tommy Girl, according to Kade, never pooped - therefore, Kade insisted that he didn't have to help clean up any poop on the lawn. It was only Kraymer's dog that pooped so Kraymer should be the only one that needed to scoop poop. Told you, things don't change much. :) Regardless, we love Kade just the way his is!
