CHS Graduating Class of 2011

Graduation is over as quickly as it came. It was a wonderful, busy weekend. Graduation couldn't have been any better. It was a great night with perfect weather. We had lots of family and friends join us Saturday for a big BBQ as Todd put his cooking skills to test and smoked a ton of tri-tip. It was delicious and we are all recovering from too much food and minimal sleep. Kade and Karigan are finishing up finals in their last week of high school for the year with spring football, basketball, volleyball and life guarding as well. We are all burning the candle at both ends. Kortneigh got to stay a few extra days so we are packing as much into those few days as possible. It's so great to have everyone home. Aunt Tami is still here too and Kraymer is trying to beat her in nightly card games with not much success. She is pretty funny and can talk smack with the best of them :) What would we do without families and each other? Life is great. Congratulations Kraymer! We are proud of You.

Kraymer receiving Valedictorian Award by Principal, Tim Peterson.Kraymer giving Valedictorian Address.

Kraymer receiving the Citizenship Award. This award is voted on by CHS staff that focuses on not just academics, but also on character, ethics, integrity and the willingness to help others.

Kade was chosen as one of the honor guards for graduation ceremonies. Isn't he cute? He thinks so anyway. Ha

  1. Was Kraymer the only Valedictorian? I don't remember the last time there was only 1. I can't believe you are only going to have 2 at home that is crazy! If you are ever feeling like you need another one to keep you busy I would be willing to let you borrow one of mine for a couple days:)
