Connell traveled to Chelan last Friday and won 35-0. It was like 95 degrees at 7 p.m. game time. I don't know how the Eagles played it was so stinking hot. After traveling the 2 1/2 hours to get there, the game seemed kind of like a let down. It just seemed so quiet in the stands even though there were lots of Connell fans there. Then I realized...Chelan doesn't have an "Evan the Coug" announcer like we do. That was the difference. No place like home for a great football game. :) Tonight the Eagles take on Cashmere at home. It should be a really great game! I'm already nervous. Go Eagles!
