Connell defeated Omak 55-21 in a 1A semifinal game at Lampson Stadium in Kennewick on November 27 advancing the Eagles to the State Championship game. The Eagles will play Cascade Christian 10 am on December 4 in the Tacoma Dome for the 1A title. The Eagles defeated Cascade Christian last year 28-7 in the state title game. A win will put the Eagles as the first team in Connell history to win back to back championship games.
