Holy smokes, Karigan has turned into a beautiful young women...i've been gone way too long. It seems everyone is growning up faster and faster! Miss you all!
I clicked on your name after I saw you had left a comment on our blog. Karigan is beautiful. I was amazed when I saw her last summer at P. Lake. We miss your family. Thanks for stopping by our blog. I also wanted to tell you I was so sorry to hear about your nephew passing. That was such a sudden tragic event. I have uttered many prayers for the Edler family since I heard.
Finally succumbing to the constant begging of our youngest, with the added bonus of embarrassing her siblings, we have entered the blogging world.
We are a family of seven adjusting to having children grow and leave home. Kaitlan got married July 19th 2012 in the Columbia River Temple to David Walker, they are both attending BYU right now. Kortneigh married Shayne Kelly on December 21, 2010 and is expecting a baby girl on March 2nd, 2013. Kraymer 20, is serving a two year mission in Buenos Aires Argentina. Kade 18 leaves February 8th to the Ghana Accra Africa Mission. & Karigan 16, a Junior at CHS and boss of us all. Todd, the hard-working man and father of our home, and me the cleaner and event coordinator, savoring every minute of the time of our lives.
“I don’t want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long, perfectly manicured fingernails. I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp. I want to be there with grass stains on my shoes from mowing Sister Schenk’s lawn. I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbor’s children. I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping to weed someone’s garden. I want to be there with children’s sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder. I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived.” Marjorie Pay Hinckley
I knew that fence looked familiar. Lookin good, I'll have to start giving some pics out in Royal-Chad
